Our office in Villars-sur-Ollon

In 1994, François Bianchi took over the office from Louis Blanchi, founded in Aigle in 1967. He opened a branch office in 1998 in Villars-sur-Ollon and in 2000 in Lausanne. In 2005, he was a founder member of Notaires Associés.

The office has always practised a varied notarial service including family law, right of succession, commercial law, rural land law and of course real estate law with special areas such as the law on acquisition of real estate by persons abroad and the law on second homes.

In January 2022, after an internship in the office, Sarah Gros obtained her notary licence. She rejoined Notaires Associés with the office in Aigle and worked in collaboration with François Bianchi whose main office was from then on at Villars-sur-Ollon.

Following the death of François Bianchi in June 2024, Sarah Gros took over the Office as successor notary. She mainly works in Aigle and Villars-sur-Ollon.
