Our office in Vevey

The Vevey office was founded in 1976 by the notary Philippe Crottaz. The notary Yvan Leupin rejoined the Office in 2006 as a jurist, then as a trainee notary in 2009 and finally became a partner of Philippe Crottaz in 2012. The notary Antoine Laffely rejoined the Office in 2014 as a trainee notary and became a partner with Philippe Crottaz and Yvan Leupin in 2017.

Philippe Crottaz took ministerial retirement on 31st December 2018 and obtained the title of honorary notary. The notary Yvan Leupin became his successor and he then remained a partner of Antoine Laffely at the Vevey office.

Yvan Leupin and Antoine Laffely offer a varied notarial service.

They often deal with the areas of commercial law (creation of companies, increase in capital, recapitalisation and monitoring of start-ups), real estate law (sales, real estate developments, apartment buildings, rural land law, mortgage notes) and family and inheritance law (marriage contracts, wills, contracts of inheritance). Antoine Laffely rejoined the Land Commission, Section II, in September 2022, in connection with the Law of the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad (LFAIE).
