Our activities in the area of real estate law are as follows:
The notary is fully competent for:
- any transfer of immovable property or rights to immovables, irrespective of its nature (sale, donation, exchange etc.),
- all deeds relating to a bank loan requiring the establishment of a mortgage guarantee,
- all documents pertaining to good neighbourhood relations (easement, land development cost, notice, annotation),
- and, generally speaking, all issues pertaining to the legal aspect of landed property.
His knowledge of the law and the various applicable regulations, his privileged relations with various departments of the Administration and his fiscal knowledge in the area of real estate make the notary a privileged intermediary that enables interested parties:
- to be perfectly informed about the scope of their obligations,
- to make certain that the financial aspects of all transactions are approached with precision and diligence,
- to rest assured that an important undertaking has been handled in all security.
