Our activities in the area of commercial law are as follows:

Founding a company, running a business, finding the appropriate legal form for your independent activty, these are milestones in your professional activity that require the intervention of a notary.

A notary is competent for all issues pertaining to:

- the incorporation of a legal entity, e.g. public limited company, private limited company; foundation (drafting of the authentic deed of foundation, drafting of the articles of association and other related documents),
- all subsequent operations, such as increase or reduction of share capital, restructuring procedure, transfer of contributions to capital, amendment of articles of association etc.
The notary can also provide a major contribution in addressing issues that do not belong to his exclusive competence, such as:
- foundation and/or drafting the by-laws of an association or a cooperative,
- drafting the contracts of simple and general partnerships,
- all procedures requiring registration in the Trade Register.

As a legally trained expert, the notary is qualified to offer all kinds of advice on commercial law, in collaboration with trustees who handle the fiscal aspects of the above-described transactions.
